Clients are charged the published catalogue prices for ordered items and FLATPAXABIA cannot vary their charges to take into account any special offers or promotions that IKEA may offer from time to time.
If an item is damaged, please tell us immediately. KEEP IT IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING - IKEA will only refund or exchange items in their packaging. We can collect it from you and take it back to IKEA for a refund or exchange - this will cost 25€ in our standard delivery area, and 25€ + relevant distance charge out of our area.
IKEA cannot be held responsible for any work undertaken by FLATPAXABIA
For each order we make a maximum of
2 deliveries within our standard area. (if items are out of stock
from the original order).
If after a reasonable
time we are still unable to get your
items, we will consult with you as
to whether you wish to continue waiting
or select alternatives. If a 3rd delivery
is required, there will be a 25€ surcharge + distance surcharge outside our area.
If you are not in
to take delivery at the agreed time
an extra 25€ will be added to your
delivery bill + distance surcharge outside our area.
A deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your shopping date in the FLATPAXABIA diary.
