If an item arrives damaged, FLATPAXABIA will replace it free of charge.

For large items: We can collect from you and take them back to IKEA for a refund or exchange.
For small items: We would ask you to return them to one of our collection points.

If an item is damaged, please tell us immediately. KEEP IT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

For non-damaged returns – for example, after a change of heart – our standard returns charge is 25€. Please note this can vary depending on the item or number of items and whether collection or delivery is involved.

Unavailable Items

FLATPAXABIA always check the availability information for all items when providing a quote – at both the IKEA Murcia and IKEA Valencia stores. Whilst this stock availability prediction is usually correct, it is not guaranteed.

If an item on your IKEA shopping list is unavailable at the time of shopping for you, we can offer you one of the following options:

Payment Terms

For large orders: A deposit may be required to confirm your order and secure your shopping date in the FLATPAXABIA diary. Your balance payment to be made before or on delivery.

For small orders: Payment will be requested upon delivery or collection.

All payment options will be given with your quote.


FLATPAXABIA offer a 12 month guarantee for all assembly work undertaken, which means that if there are any issues concerning their work, FLATPAXABIA will take full responsibility and rectify the situation.

IKEA cannot be held responsible for any work undertaken by FLATPAXABIA.
